Two days until Christmas!

We watched White Christmas with the kids and each time a song came on Kate asked Greg to dance with her. It was so precious.
Here are my littles off to their last day of school this yea. What  a bunch of cuties. Jacob had pajama day and instead of christmas pajamas he chose these! My favorite PJs.
Sweet Sisters. They are the best of friends.

2014 Ward Christmas Party.

We had one of the most amazing Christmas parties I have ever attended. It was a dinner in Bethlehem. The cost of entering was an item of food for the food bank and in exchange you were given a bag of coins to spend at the market. Different markets sold different types of foods, desserts and games. It was so much work...but I suppose every few years that is okay!
I tried to take a cool family picture like Greg...but alas...I am not cool enough. I shut my eyes. bummer.

The Christmas Program!

I love our school choir teacher. She is amazing. The kids sang lots of beautiful songs...but blogger does not like to post them from my camera so in the post I will only have still shots.
Pre-Program pictures. Sabrina was uphappy that I took there pictures before they left so she wouldn't take her coat off.

They all performed beautifully! I went to the program twice! I just can't get enough of these kids.

The Lost Camera Week

Here is a catch up on some pictures from thanksgiving. I lost the camera. Kate hid it in a box at our friends house over thanksgiving.

We said goodbye to the sister missionaries. It was so neat to have them here in Aberdeen for a little while. They will be missed!

Greg took the most awesome photo with everyone in it. Jacob's look is priceless too.
Jacob won an award for Good Citizenship at his elementary school in November.

Greg & Bro Roggenkamp made homemade ice cream! That rocked.
Jacob and Greg were neck to neck in a horse race.
The living Christmas tree is always delightful. We enjoyed the beautiful music.

November is here.

November has been a fun month so far...our house was attacked by beanie boos!

Sabrina made a rocking awesome diorama.
We got tons of snow, school was cancelled and that snowball Jake is holding a few pictures down is aimed at Greg :)

We learned that Kate has tight hips. She sits in this w position all the time. It has made it so she walks a little funny. In order to fix it she needs to sit criss cross apple sauce. I was surprised to discover her hips are so tight she cannot even sit well in this position. If you look at the pics below you will see how high her knees go up. The doc thinks it will take about 1 year to correct...so don't let your kids sit like this! It is super bad for their hips!

On a side note she was hilarious at the orthepedic surgeons. when he was done with the exam she began crying really hard because she wanted a shot in her foot!

Baptism Day!

Eight is Great! It was a wonderful day. We celebrated Clara all day. Her Daddy got to baptism and confirm her. It was just awesome. Here were the kiddos on the happy day.

We attempted to take great pictures...the weather just wouldn't cooperate.

We still got a few family shots at the church. Isn't she pretty!
 Everybody loves Clara!

 Photo bombers.
Both sets of Granparents got to come! That was awesome too!
Before the baptism we made cookies for the dessert. It was enjoyable...except Clara didn't enjoy it...
 Practicing the song with Grandma.

Happy Halloween!

Trick or treating was a blast with the grandparents. We learned a great lesson this Halloween. Box costumes are not kid friendly. It makes stairs difficult.  If the child falls they cannot protect their face...if they cannot protect their face Halloween ends really quickly and you get to go home and put ice on the poor boys face so his lips stop swelling. We were lucky to have been given oodles of chocolate by the candy man so we did not suffer from a lack of treats due to the early end of our evening.
