Front view. I love the front porch. It is beautiful!
Back yard. Tire swing. 2 car garage with a small workshop area.
The yard is small but well taken care of. The school is across the street so there is plenty of room to run around there. Plus that puts us in a safety zone from the possibilities of some unsavory neighbors.
As you walk in there is a cute little entry way. I just love the wooden blinds!
The kitchen has plenty of space and this angle makes it look smaller than it is.
The dining area and front room. The archway is cute.
There are 5 bedrooms located in the house! Here are a few of them.
The pink room
The Baseball Room
No name for this room but here she is
The upstairs bathroom
The finished room in the basement
As for the rest of the basement that is on a need to know basis. Aberdeen has some pretty crazy looking basements and this is one of the best I have viewed in a home this old. It has never flooded and doesn't smell bad. It is huge and unfinished. But who needs a basement in a house this big!!! Another great addition to the basement is the special little bathroom down we are saving for our very special guests. :) Especially those who think our current house is bad because there are no locks on the door. At least we have doors...right!
So another awesome point is that this home has over 3000 square ft! Every nook and cranny has been turned into a closet or room. I feel pintrest is going to be my decorator/organizer for these spaces! There is a great little room under on of the dormers that I may some day turn into a reading nook or art room. I would love an art room like the blog from play at home mom's website. That link shows a few of her shelves. As for the small drawbacks...the home is heated by water. I have never done that before but I am excited to try. I have heard some great things about it. Another funny Aberdeen issue is it takes almost 10 weeks for the appraisal to be done...so now to wait...we have until October before we can move.

As for heated by water... I don't want to scare you, but our first apartment was and it was a nightmare!!! :) I'm curious to hear if your pipes hiss and bang and crack like ours did. :) All-in-all it's good times... and you'll get used to it anyway!
Again, sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo happy for you. It is SO beautiful and charming!!!
