Sadly I have taken no pictures to go with this blog! Greg and I have had a crazy few weeks trying to stay caught up with life. The last few weeks our church callings have kept us overly busy and Greg is ending another Great semester at NSU this coming week. In fact I didn't get the tree up until over a week after thanksgiving. I think that was a first for us. Usually I have the tree up the weekend after thanksgiving. The kids have been so patient with us as we have been busy.
For example this week Jacob has been brightening our day with TONS of one liners and funny experiences. Some are not blog appropriate...but a select few are.
While making Gingerbread cookies he said, "we better keep an eye on our gingerbread men
or they will run away. we can keep the gingerbread men from running away
by doing one thing and that thing is eating them"
"Mom if I lean back while I pee I can hit the wall." or "Mom does it hurt your (Private Part) when you slide of the stool like this. Because it really hurts mine."
Last night Jacob came downstairs at 2:00 am and asked me to sing him a Christmas song to make his bad dreams go away. I sang some sort of a song and he went to bed again. This morning when we asked him about his dreams he said he couldn't remember any of them...Mommy sang them all away.
Sabrina said last week while showering, ""Old spice is so powerful it will blow your mind right in front of your face"
On the way home from Church the girls and I had a serious conversation about baptisms in the temple. They thought we actually baptized dead people.
And Katherine...sweet Katherine. She calls daddy Da and Mommy Mama all the time now. This week she learned to crawl up on the dishwasher. She also learned to play in the toilet, crawl up a stair and open drawers.
These kids grow up way to fast. My goal for tonight is to charge the batteries in the camera and post a few more pictures for you soon!
