I love birthday time :) My cute little Katherine turned 3. . So many expectations bring excitement wrapped with stress for my little one. You can see the stress in her sweet little face.
The cake was a bit of a disaster. It was supposed to be a three layer castle. It died. I don't know what happened but the cake was too soft perhaps and it collapsed in between frosting the outside and doing the towers for the castle. I gave up on the cake and Greg salvaged about 1/2 of it and made it for me.
We had some good friends over to be out pirates :)
Plenty of pretty presents.
This picture is blurry but I love how it shows her emotion. She just loved the new doll and matching outfits.
Kate is such a fun 3 year old. She is full of sugar and spice and a very strong will. She loves princesses and sisters and thinks Jacob is her handsome prince. She loves to read and can spend hours playing barbies upstairs with dog. She gives the best snuggles and sings sweet songs she creates.
