This week Katherine turned 4! She is growing up to be such a cute little girl. Today she asked me if when she grows up I will still be a mom. When told her yes she was so sad. I hugged her and said, "Kate I will always be your momma, but that doesn't mean that you won't get to be a momma." She looked at me and beamed. She said "You mean when I grow up I get to be a Momma like you!"
It is bitter sweet to see her growing up so quickly. I love my baby cakes and I love seeing her grow but at the same time it is odd to not have a baby toddling around the house. Anyway, On with the birthday.
The birthday girl got a sweet breakfast. Bunny milk and donuts!!!
She begged for a strawberry cake. She wanted it filled with tons and tons of strawberries!
We made some pretty kitty cats and doggies. (You will see them later in the post)
The kids made animal balloon decorations! This one was Kate's bird.

She absolutely loved the dog purse that Yixing got her! Yixing also bought her sparkling Elsa hair clips.
Katherine loved her presents from the grandparents!
The last gift was a doll from mom and dad!
I think my camera is just about bit the dust. It isn't taking very good pictures anymore! But hopefully this gives a good idea of what a fun day we had with our sweet Kate. Here are a few pictures from a birthday party she had with friends.
