Barfing Pumpkins...

Family night this weekend consisted of our annual pumpkin carving. It was as entertaining as usual!

Jacob was perhaps the most animated of the evening. Greg drew a bunch of different faces and then Jacob picked which one he wanted. He wanted THE ONE EYED MONSTER PUMPKIN! It was quite humorous as after it was carved he was scared of it! That only lasted a few minutes and then he feel in love with the pumpkin.

Sabrina was quite the grown up little lady. She made and carved her own pumpkin with the exception of the mouth. Greg assisted because it is difficult to cut the angles out. She loved the pumpkin guts and had fun pulling them out.

Clara was so funny. She wouldn't touch the pumpkin guts except with a spoon. She drew her own design on the pumpkin and then Greg and I helped her cut it out.  Somehow she decided her pumpkin needed to be the barfing pumpkin! (really Clara? Why barfing?) and suddenly she became very interested in the pumpkin guts and spread them all over her pumpkin.

You will notice he has boogers coming out of his eyes and barf coming out of his nose and mouth. Oh creativity where did you come from?
