Hunny Time at the Zoo & More

We also met the entire family for a fun day in the sun at the Hoogle Zoo! The kids had a great time.

Jacob tasted cotton candy for the first time and LOVED IT! I have never been able to get him to take a bite of it before but he is getting better at tasting new foods and went in for the kill.  He kept sporting the funniest little cotton mustache each time he took a bite.

When I say I took over my parents house I wasn't kidding. We crashed in their front room (THANK YOU for letting us do that) and took over the craft room for our stuff. Here is a picture of Katherine taking a nap where I dumped all the bedding!

The sweetest moments for me was watching sweet baby Kate meet her grandparents and playing a great round of Hearts with my dad. :) Good times!

Sadly (or happily for those whose homes & lives we invaded) we returned home to Aberdeen where we have been enjoying our summer by regular trips to the pool and a husband who is home almost 24-7. This is the life!

THANK YOU HUNNY'S FOR LETTING US TAKE OVER YOUR HOME! It was a great way to spend a few days. We love & Miss you dearly.
