Spring Has Sprung

When I reflect on the year 2013 I will forever think of the year spring never came...well or at least it felt like it. We are so happy to have temp. in the 70's that we just can't get enough sun. Yesterday we had dinner at the park and played for hours. Today we have spent the entire day outside (with the exception of a swim party). It has been fantastic. Next week we are going back down to the forties so we are living this weather to it's fullest.  We started the day by cleaning the horrifically dirty car. It was like a giant mud hole. After that was done we went to a really fun swim party.

 Jacob and Katherine were freezing. They only swam 1/2 the time!

 Katherine's favorite part of the party was the sucker. She sucked the entire huge sucker to a tiny little ball before I took it away.

Following the swim party we washed the cars :) No pictures here. Too much water everywhere and then headed to the park to play.

 Watch out! The eagle might bite of your head.

 Love the hair. Nothing left but to love it. She pulled out her elastic and this is what we got. She sort of looked like a cone head.

Following the park we attempted to go rollerblading/biking at the school. It failed. My little baby cakes fell asleep in the stroller and went to bed an hour and a half early. The rest of us decided to rest on a blanket and enjoy Popsicles. We also called Daddy and said hello to him. (He got to go to Rapid City and meet with Elder Nelson today! so he missed all our fun in the sun!)
