The Best Fall Day Ever!

This year we discovered Sica Hollow! It is a beautiful Hollow. Full of leaves and a beautiful stream. Today the temp. was 85! Amazing. Yesterday the low was 34! So this was incredible. We really took advantage of the day.

 We hiked up a few miles to a graveyard. The kids were troopers. It was a little hard on Kate.

On the way home we decided to make a side trip to Fort Sisseton. This totally paid off. It was their fall festival day and they had treats for the kids at every house and a scavenger hunt.  Because it was the season for halloween we found lots of creepy things cooking!

 The kids obviously loved the candy. I think we might make this a new tradition!

 We even ran into Clara's bestie!
