Today we had such a fun day. We celebrated Christmas at Fort Sisseton. Kate started of the trip by playing loudly with her stuffed animals. She also decorated this cute little card from her grandparents.
We began in the visitor's center. Kate got to ride the wooden horse.
We learned about churning butter and got to taste some.
The little's made ropes. Jacob's expression is so grouchy. Not sure why.
Our friend got to help too!
Family Picture with Father Christmas
We also got to take a wagon ride. If there had been more snow we could have gone on a carriage ride. That would have been awesome!
Everyone got a turn making shapes out of Christmas colored dough and baking bread. IT WAS SO DELICIOUS with the homemade butter on it!!
Clara made this beautiful flower. Katherine decided that she needs to bite her lip everytime she smiles. It is sort of funny looking.
Wagon Ride #2 Me & My love!
Kate and her two princes. What a good picture!
There was a room with Ladies spinning wool into thread. I thought this was pretty cool!
The Sleigh we wished we were riding in!
Our friend from China also bough us gifts. Greg got a game, I got a well needed dish towel and the kids got snow globes and bath bubbles! So fun!
It is starting to feel like Christmas! I am so excited!
P.S. here are some pics of Kate loving the bubble bath. Everyone else is too old for bath pictures.
