Simmons Middle School Parade

When we moved here I went to Simmons Middle School parade and I thought it was the lamest parade ever. Could be that I was freezing my behind off after leaving Georgia, or that they advertised it as having 27 floats but either way I hated it. Either I have adjusted to the simple South Dakota lifestyle or the parade got better...but I really enjoyed it this year. We are across the street from the middle school so I got to watch the parade from my front yard. That made it even better. Here are a few pictures. (and yes...it was still cold...but I am used to that now too.)
