A Quick Review of August/September

I have struggled with keeping up on my blog...I cannot edit my photos in Picasa anymore...my phone doesn't work very well when I try to blog using the app...and my camera doesn't take high quality pictures anymore...but I really am not enjoying facebook and yet I want to share my pictures with my family...so I am going to give this another go...so here goes some catch-up. I will try to just do it by month!

First of all my favorite part of summer is the morning snuggles. Here is a picture of a typical morning...my bed is so full and I just love it!

For the Olympics this year we tried out some Brazilian foods. Rabanada! It was pretty good...pretty fattening...We loved watching the Olympics!
 Best Little Helper ever!
SABRINA WENT TO GIRLS CAMP! She loved it. I cried. She even survived a night with the tornado sirens blaring spent huddling in a center room of a cabin...I was worried sick about her but she loved every minute. It relieved some of my stress that Greg got to go for the last 3 days and be one of the male chaperons!
 Sabrina starring the pillow monster!
We wore Kate out multiple times with our schedule! Isn't she cute all snuggling dog and sleeping ont he rug!
We had a very warm August and September. Here is Kate enjoying an ice cream sandwich!
 Clara loving Culivers!

 Clara's amazing Lego creation!
I think Greg's favorite part of summer was the fishing boat. We spend many wonderful hours on the lake fishing this year...for some reason the kids caught all the good fish...I caught all the junk fish...

The kids on the first day of school...especially my big kid!

A huge milestone was Katherine learning to ride her bike. We are steadily seeing an increase in her coordination and ability to do things with her feet. She is better at running and playing and finally was able to ride a bike independently. She spent many many hours this fall riding around the house with Dog!

Kate also started dance. She was so excited she didn't want to stop for a picture. I just love my little sweetheart. Dance is also super good for her feet. Her teacher is patient and kind and overall this has been an awesome experience!
