Greg and I decided that we needed to make family home evening a little more fun. Last week we did a lesson on Angry Birds. It was fun and hilarious...effective? No...but one. Jacob lost his dessert and had to be sent to bed 20 minutes early for being angry and exhibiting every behavior we had talked about not being appropriate. From kicking his sisters to yelling, stomping and just being mean he really struggled with happy behavior this day. I guess we win some and lose some. For our activity we made our own little sling shot and used angry animals to knock over our towers. It was AWESOMELY FUN!

Katherine loved it so much that she just cried and cried when we let someone else have a turn.
This week Greg was in charge and had the kids make and record a story about Noah's ark. Sabrina wrote the script, Clara was in charge of sound effects and Jacob was Noah and the cat, Greg was the editor and I was the baby watcher.
