Day 3 - Minneapolis

Day 3 we spent the first half at the children's museum. It was fun until about an hour into it...suddenly hundreds of kids showed up...and it was so crowded. Oh man...sooo mannnyyyy kiiddss.

Cuties :) They were all super happy.
Isn't Jacob's smile just so contagious. I can't look at him without feeling how happy he was to be at the children's museum. Love that boy.

After a quick nap at the hotel we headed to Lake Harriet to meet Greg's cousins. Alan, Alecia and Nora. It was such a joy to be with family. I cannot believe we haven't made the trip to see them before. It was so fun to joke and be with them. At Lake Harriett We began by seeing the little elfs house! What a funny little door! It was in the very bottom of a tiny tree. You can write letters to the elf and he will write you back. We are going to try it.
We went to the sculpture gardens.

 Aren't they cute!
Poor Nora came down with the flu and they spent quite a bit of time taking care of her. Once again we went home super tired. We still had enough energy to swim....but the kids looked like this the entire evening!

Perhaps my favorite times of our vacation or those quiet tired times when you are trying to sleep and 4 kids jump in your bed!

Kate would not keep her feet off Sabrina's face.
Ha Ha! Funny Clara and her hair.
