Kitch-iti-kipi.

One of my favorite sites we visited was Kitch-iti-kipi also known as Palm Brooks State Park.  Here is a description of the park from their website, " Two hundred feet across, and 40-feet deep Kitch-iti-kipi is Michigan's largest freshwater spring. Over 10,000 gallons a minute gush from fissures in the underlying limestone at a constant 45 degree Fahrenheit"

It was a really cool place. The spring water ran under the ground and left holes near the tree roots. The ground was spongy and felt springy under your feet. It was very beautiful and a little creepy.

Here are tree roots running into the water. AWESOME.

Here are springs at the bottom of water. They bubbled and yes they were this crazy green color in the shade of the boat.
